Our goal is to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review the following shipping conditions:

  • All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of order receipt.
  • PRE-SALE orders require full payment at time of purchase.
You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are shipped. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page.
  • Delivery time is an estimate only and ALLILA THE LABEL is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
  • Please verify that the shipping address is correct before checkout. Use proper abbreviations and address lines for all details. Also, ensure you have chosen the correct/preferred delivery method before checkout. Once payment is received, we cannot modify the shipping label or the provided information. ALLILA THE LABEL accepts no responsibility for a package after it has shipped from our facilities. 

ESTIMATED TIME FRAMES & COST

Please be informed that the shipping dates indicated at checkout are strictly estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined once your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is dispatched. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to) carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, traffic, and more.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

ALLILA THE LABEL shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer. Customs charges are not calculated upon checkout.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region, as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Update for Our U.S. Community

The U.S. government has announced new tariff rules, including the removal of the de minimis exemption for orders under $800 USD.

To ensure a smooth experience, ALLILA THE LABEL will cover all duties on U.S. orders. This means there will be no hidden fees at checkout or upon delivery.
